My New Build Wont Post!

So guys, heres the gist of it. Im an A+ certified PC technician with very little hands on experience. I've fixed many desktops in my time but have never actually built one from scratch. Finally decided to try my hands at a NAS for my home. I built it all up according to all the manuals and all PC safety standards. Heck i even wore an ESD strap the whole time despite being in Florida, where the humidity pretty much prevents any static from forming. Now this little A** wont post. The pc turns on and the fans spin. But when the PC powers on the monitor stays off, and then flashes the words (no signal) before going back to darkness. I've tried replacing the GPU, PSU, and even motherboard, but nothing seems to work. Heres the parts:

PSU: Corsair CX Series, CX600, 600 Watt (600W) Power Supply, 80+ Bronze Certified

Mobo: ASRock Micro ATX DDR3 2400 FM2 Motherboard FM2A58M-VG3+ R2.0

GPU:Gigabyte GeForce GT 710 1.0 1GB 64-Bit DDR3 PCI Express 2.0 x 8 Low Profile Video Card GV-N710D3-1GL

CPU:  AMD Athlon X4 845 with AMD quiet cooler Quad-Core Socket FM2+ 65W AD845XACKASBX Desktop Processor

CPU Fan: Wraith Cooler

Case: Zalman T1 PLUS Micro ATX Mini Tower Computer Case Cases T1 PLUS Black

Thermal Paste:ARCTIC MX-4 Thermal Paste, Carbon Based High Performance Thermal Compound for All Coolers, Thermal Interface Material, 4 Grams

RAM: EDIT: SORRY WRONG STICK:  Kingston HyperX Savage 8GB 1600MHz DDR3 Non-ECC CL9 DIMM XMP (HX316C9SR/8)

Please help. I've tried everything i can think of. I really need this working by tonight.

Check the link. In amazon under sockets it says FM2+

It sounds to me like a bad motherboard. I had the same issue recently with a EVGA X58 FTW3 board. Swapping motherboards fixed it instantly.

The amazon listing for his motherboard says it is FM2+ Compatible, in the description.

Having issues with a Corsair AIO? Possible fix here:

Spoiler

Are you getting weird fan behavior, speed fluctuations, and/or other issues with Link?

Are you running AIDA64, HWinfo, CAM, or HWmonitor? (ASUS suite & other monitoring software often have the same issue.)

Corsair Link has problems with some monitoring software so you may have to change some settings to get them to work smoothly.

-For AIDA64: First make sure you have the newest update installed, then, go to Preferences>Stability and make sure the "Corsair Link sensor support" box is checked and make sure the "Asetek LC sensor support" box is UNchecked.

-For HWinfo: manually disable all monitoring of the AIO sensors/components.

-For others: Disable any monitoring of Corsair AIO sensors.

That should fix the fan issue for some Corsair AIOs (H80i GT/v2, H110i GTX/H115i, H100i GTX and others made by Asetek). The problem is bad coding in Link that fights for AIO control with other programs. You can test if this worked by setting the fan speed in Link to 100%, if it doesn't fluctuate you are set and can change the curve to whatever. If that doesn't work or you're still having other issues then you probably still have a monitoring software interfering with the AIO/Link communications, find what it is and disable it.

Is there any parts you have not tried swapping? Also I would recommend a static reset. (Unplug all devices from the PC, and hold down the power button for 30 seconds, then plug ONLY in the power cable and try a boot up. Also be sure the front panel connecters are plugged in properly.

Have you tried stripping it down to the most basic configuration? Also have you tried a different, but compatible CPU?

Then what RAM are you using? Also, could you try unplugging the 2.5" drive directly below the GPU from the PSU + Motherboard? It looks like it could be shorting out.
