eMail Threads in Outlook

I recently got approached with this problem:

 

Working in a corporate environment, employees are to use Outlook for mails.

How do you have a threaded view of mails in Outlook? Conversation view doesn't really cut it.

I'm no expert on Outlook, but unfortunately - from personal/professional experience, I think that is the only option that comes close.

 

Apart from or in addition to that, you have the option of right-clicking an mail, and finding more/all mails with that "subject" or from that contact.
