This is why FPS is a shit metric, and why every reviewer should test Frame Timing or 99% percentiles.

People try do the same shit with FX CPUs and Nvidia/AMD GPUs using reference or shitty coolers.

You get what you pay for. There is a reason one product is 100-200 USD over the low end stuff, and that reason is not all due to the fancy programmable RGBs either.
