gtx1070 Linus help me decide

Hello I need a good advice about buying a GTX 1070

1. To pay 450 dollars on the GTX 1070 from outside of my country,add 78 dollars taxes and probably the mail will treat it like sh!t 

2.To buy it in my country buy the card costs 260 USD more

3.To wait till the prices goes down (could be a year or two ) and Buy it
