Poor LG 34UC98 Singapore Support

lhanliang

Bought one LG 34UC98, first one came with a large bright pixel but LG support refuse to repair, managed to change with seller out of goodwill. Second unit same problem and whinning PSU, severe image retention problem and scratches on top panel, same too LG support refused to do anything and ignoring e-mails. Till now one month since last contact and yet no news on solution therefore not fit calling as "premium". After sales service and out of box quality worst than my $200+ dell or samsung monitor. I shall not say for other countries but for Singapore LG monitor is sure for Avoid! Avoid! Avoid!

I would never buy LG. Their products always go belly-up right outside of the warranty period, just sell the monitor and get a new one. Not an LG one.

True , my first LG monitor and will be the last for sure. I would not need a replacement just a repair and yet they do not wish to entertain. Only a sell and forget attitude which i believe that is the reason why they left the consumer market locally and their comeback still such low respect for consumers.
