hey guys i thought i would post my build on here for some feed back. my build mainly involves around music production & some gaming . i currently dont have a video card because i have no idea what 1 to get im open to suggestions. budget of the build is 1k im open to all of ur guys suggestions whether it may changing some stuff or etc. cheers

Get a cheaper psu, mobo. Get a i5 6400.

 

For gpu id get a rx 480.

 

Why dual hdds?

tbh i kno jack crap about pcs i mainly went what i read online & tried to put 1 together

Why so much storage? Get an i5, one 7200RPM HDD, 8 gigs of ram and maybe cheaper peripherals.

ok, so there are a few things i would change. I would get a better cpu like an i5 4690k and a cheaper mobo like a GIGABYTE GA-B85M-DS3H-A, or something like that. I agree with Electronics Wizardy on getting a rx 480. I would also look for a cheaper PSU.

from what everyone else is saying they all agree with u so i guess this is pretty nice rig for the price. also i added another monitor due its price. will the cpu need a cooler or will the 1 that comes with it be fine?

i cant find a 480 anywhere it will be months before stock and probably still wont get my hands on 1

If you have more dollars spare, add a cpu cooler (1 / 2). You don't need em but you can't have your windowed case with a stock cooler. =)

Yes. Pcpartpicker also has a built in filter that tells if your parts aren't compatible.

 

So if you picked an ATX size mobo first and then pick a case next, it won't show you mini tower cases that don't fit that size of motherboard.

if u had to choose between that mobo & the 1 u choose are they any different?

mine has more ram slots, that's pretty much the difference

 

id go for the one you chose if the price between them is over $10
