Will this CPU work with this board?

I have acquired these 2 oldish pcs and im trying to move the faster CPU on to the older board. One PC has a Pentium 4 520 and the other a Pentium D 945  will the Pentium D be compatible with my motherboard?

The board came in a "HP Compaq dc7100 SFF", P/N "PC940A#ABA"

The board its self I believe has P/N "361682-001" and OEM "356033-002"

Tell me if you need any more info.

I've looked about every where, I cant find a manual and on the HP website I don't see a BIOS update for like supporting newer CPUs so I'm thinking its not compatible but wanted to make sure.

Only info I need is why you are still running Pentium...

 

But generally speaking boards are not compatible with newer or older generations of processors then what the board is itself so I don't think that would work no...

Never said a Pentium is what I'm using in my main PC. yea I figured it probably wouldn't work
