Here is a log file: https://gist.github.com/c0049497173909117cf48e4def71583d

Overwatch runs fine (120-150fps) but my stream looks like i'm playing on 20fps. I dont think that my internet is causing that because i have great ping all the time.

My specs:

CPU: i5-4690k

GPU: GTX 970

8GB RAM

Win 10

Network: 50 Down, 10 Up

It could be that you set the streaming option to 20 fps, but what's more likely is the upload speed of your internet. If your gaming online with the same computer that's streaming, then there is a bottleneck with your network.

Makes no sense. Many streamers use the same PC to stream and play (I also don't see how this would bottleneck his network as bog standard cables carry at least a 300 mb/s and his would cap at around 60 ish) , and his settings is set to 30fps (If you look at the logs) 10mbit/s is fine for streaming and playing at the same time, as streaming uses basically no download, and games use basically no upload.

Yeah, I dont think that it is because of my internet. I mean by 20fps that it's very choppy, not exactly 20fps.

Here you go! Encoding

Any reason why you're using Studio?

Anyway, try setting the keyframe interval to 0, apart from that, I could only see the potential of your CPU being a problem, but even that, I doubt that as your CPU should be more than fine. make sure your streaming location is set to the closest point to you.

Is there anything you could recommend?

Torilla tavantaan ;)

Check your ram & cpu usage when streaming. It might be a bug in obs studio or something bottlenecking your system. Try also recording locally with obs, and see if that lags.

I use studio because i sometimes just record gameplay and i want to have separate audio tracks. I just easier to have one program for streaming and recording. I will try changing interval to 0.

I know that CPU usage are almost at max when i play and stream ( temps are fine). I did some recording couple days ago and everything was fine.

You might have encoding issues then, look on YouTube for tutorials on best streaming settings
