Do not buy Haswell , you can afford Skylake

The second one because you shouldn't be spending so much on a motherboard. What PSU are you going to get?

Best bang for buck would be the i7 4790K and the MSI Z97 Gaming 7. Best performance-wise would the i7 6700K with some Z170 motherboard.

either hcg 900 , rm750x or s12g 750(whichever is cheapest)

Out of those, you can choose whichever is cheapest because all of them are of great quality.
