WAMP : How to access it on my iPhone?

Just finished installing WAMP onto my desktop, I can access it via localhost/192.168.0.100/127.0.0.1 and it shows me the page, but when I do so on my iPhone using 192.168.0.100, it shows:
Forbidden
You don't have permission to access / on this server.

anyway to fix this? 

the solutions on google don't work.

 

Apache 2.4.18

PHP 5.3.16

138 is a good number.
