sorry for the late response

 The stock cooler needs to run at high speed as it needs to keep my cpu cool enough. The coler reaches 5000 rpm and the cpu is at like 60C which is probably because of the bad airflow in my case. And that's why I choose the cooler master tx3 evo as it will help with the air flow too .
