Skyrim broken again

Yet again Skyrim is broken (what else is new). Sorry about posting about this so much. So I'm in the middle of the quest "Hitting the Books" and I'm in the dungeon where you have to break they guy out and then find the women with the three books. Anyway I am following the the marker and this happens, as you see in the first picture using the spell that shows your destination leads me to a doorway filled with rocks and there is a door in there that you can open and close. I nocliped through it and followed the marker and led me to the second picture. I turned off all of the plugins off except my weapon mods because I don't want to have to get them again. Please help.

I have an honest question having played skyrim on 2 consoles and the pc and seeing a number of console specific glitches. Has Skyrim ever been not broken?

Well I haven't had anything too bad ever since I got it but then this shit happens in like the last 2 days.

Well from what I see in the Steam update history the last update was 2013.

thats because you noclip it that rubble is there for a reason then if your using a console command to get through then your not supposd to through

actually I think during hitting the books is the only time that that area is open, and even then only momentarily iirc after which it gets sealed.  Not that that is particularly important since it's clearly sealed in his game, so...:shrugs:

 

OP, don't use clairvoyance.  I never do, gave up on it after my first few hours playing skyrim.  It tries to simply layout the shortest A to B path via the nav mesh, as such it has no hope of being reliable.  press M on your keyboard instead.  As I remember it, if you go back to the jail cells the dude who stole the book has a key to a door very near the cells that takes you to where you need to go.  But don't be disappointed if I'm recalling that incorrectly, been awhile.

Yeah I know use clairvoyance anyway but I just thought this was total bullshit and had no clue. But the map was very helpful I used it way before clairvoyance. Thanks for the help!

I kind of already guessed the noclip thing just thought I'd give it a try but I still don't understand why the door is blocked.

I did this quest recently and had no issues with it, its probably one of your mods breaking it, good luck tracking which is causing it.

 

Try reinstalling them, using 2k texture mods and static mesh improvement as your base....
