Hey everyone! So a couple of days ago I received my brand new motherboard the Gigabyte GA-Z97X-UDH3 and when I was installing my M.2 ssd the screw head broke off and now I cant put my ssd in so my question is can I remove the whole thing or is it not possible. I already contacted Gigabyte support but haven't gotten a response. Thanks in advance.

In the picture you can see in the 2242 hole theres half the screw in there but around the edges of the theres ridges so I'm wondering if I could remove that and just get a replacement.
