Blackwidow Ultimate Key not working

Hi all,

The i key on my blackwidow ultimate is playing up on me. When I press it often it will not actually respond and often it will double press for example:

ii or no response

I may have hit the keyboard recently but don't think it would have caused this?

If anyone has any suggestions to try fix I'd appreciate it as it's driving me mental!

I'd look at replacing the switch or call razer to replace it.

Is this the original Blackwidow Ultimate (blue backlight), or Blackwidow Ultimate 2013 (green backlight)?

It is kind of a shoddy keyboard. Call Razer and see what they can do about it.

As others said call razer and see if they can give you a replacement.
