Ok so my gta online character was deleted by the servers, so i made a new one now i have all my old characters cash and stats and he apperes on my social club front page (old character) what is happening. will my old character come back seen as though i have all his cas stats and car

It could have, you shouldn't have saved over that slot.

 

I think they are transferring data between servers, characters will temporarily disappear. Currently mine is gone, I'm waiting it out, got the 400k apartment and garage is filled with rare cars, rank 38.

 

At the moment it looks like at least half of the social club is currently missing, but seem to be coming back periodically.
