Good Deal?

Don't have a complete list of parts but a friend is offering $1000 for pc with some of the below parts in it. Seems like a pretty good deal but I'm not to computer savvy.

 

IVY Bridge-E 4820K

ASUS Sabertooth X79-Deluxe

64GB DDR3 2133

EVGA Geforce 770 4GB (enhanced cooler)

Cooling = H110 water cooler

500gb SSD

Blue Ray

windows 8.1 (offering to update to 10)

It's a bloody terrible deal. The GPU is worth less than 150$ and the CPU is overkill for anything really. Why in the blue hell would you need 64GB of RAM for?

If gaming - this is terrible
If you want a server - it's okay.

For 1000$ you can do better tho.
