Program that tells you if a build isn't balanced.

I had this idea for this program. You put in CPU, GPU, RAM  and GPU vendor, gives it a grade, then makes an average (with GPU counting a bit more than the other stuff, so not a mathematical average), then it also tells you if the CPU is too powerful (eg i7 4790 and up and GTX 960 for example), is GPU is too powerful (eg. i7 860 and GTX 770), if there isn't enough RAM. I already did something in Visual Basic. Does it seem a good idea to you?

would be cool but many people would chose a more powerful CPU than a GPU for productivity...

If you can manage to do it properly. Microsoft used to have the Windows Experience index in Windows Vista, 7, and 8/8.1. It totally flopped because it was completely inaccurate and useless.

Well I made something, just have to translate it in english then I'll give it to some of you if you want to try it. Although I need to add AMD CPUs, but for Gaming PCs it's kinda useless for now.
