Hello guys and gals!

In my company we have 7 Windows 10 Pro PCs  + 1 PC on windows 10 Pro also but acting as a server for file sharing, for a inventory management soft and a backup software for the networked PCs.

Heres my problem : The computers all download the automatic Windows 10 updates at the SAME TIME and we have a very, very bad internet connection (i'm talking 2Mb/s down 0.4Mb/s up).

So when they download their updates, it takes a while and prevents anyone from browsing online, or opening any mails.. Even googling something is hard. If I had a 100Mb/s connection there wouldn't be any problems as the updates would have been extremely fast and, at worse, internet would have been slow for a few minutes but right now it's a pain for several hours.

So I've disabled all updates in group policy, and so far it appears to be working in preventing any updates from downloading (Edit : Nope, I thought it did but it's just very slowly barely downloading because an other PC is hogging the bandwidth)

BUT, I'm not comfortable with the fact that my PCs are running on outdated, possibly vulnerable Windows versions and would still prefer to have those updates... My point is : Is it possible to have the PCs download the updates at night, but never in the work hours? Or : Would a real Windows Server OS allow me to download the updates at my preferred time and install them on the PCs when they're turned on?

Thanks for your help! xD
