I need a very specific gpu

Hey guys I have 200$ and I need a new gpu I was thinking about the evga gt 740 4gb but maybe you guys know a better one? I need it to be small about 10 inches long I will put a pic of my pc so you can see so only one fan but maybe you guys know a better one thanks!

Get the RX 480 for $200 USD.  If that is too big, get the RX 470 - it should be a bit smaller.

and the 740 2gb gddr5 is faster then the 4gb ddr3 version.

The RX480? You might be looking at a different card. The RX480 should be $199 for the 4GB model, and I believe the 8GB model is $229. Now keep in mind the demand is much higher than the supply for these card right now so there may be a slight upcharge due to demand.
