Depends on tracking software. Since the way touch screens work, its possible to log moves you make on screen. Add recognition for successful login event and thats that. In the end its on different from how keyloggers work. And doesn't matter if you meant drawing pattern with cursor. Or clicking. It all is just matter of coding skills.
