More funcctionailty, nicer looking, better pockets and weight distribution. The only reason to go for the other one is aesthetic.

North face. Trust me. You won't regret it, these bags last forever, even though they have a hefty price tag.

I don't think the other one is any better looking actually.

 

IMO there's no reason to go for the Subterra.
