Yup, it's over ur budget for about 200$, you can shave it down by reduce the ram to 16G for around 60$ and choose a different 27 inch 1080p 60hz monitor for around 200$ or so. Or you can get the i7 5820K instead for ~350$, which is about 200$ cheaper than the 5930k.

Otherwise, if you dont need THAT much power, then...

But remember, Nvidia will reveal the new GTX 1070 and 1080 next week on 5th April, so you better wait just a bit longer for that.

Noctua, Corsair etc. TBH additional fans is not really necessary. But you could add some if you want. For specific model.. google some of Linus review since I cant remember any specific one right now

This is what I'd reccomend. I have not included monitor, sound or peripherals. I will still include some non-PCpartpicker reccomendations.

  • For a monitor I reccomend two displays no matter what. I think 1440p is a good sweet spot. Maybe a 144htz Asus ROG monitor as your main display and a Asus PB monitor. Both 27" I think would be good.
  • Mice are fairly personal but the Logitech G510 and Steelseries Rival 300 are both safe picks. I personally like the 300 better.
  • Keyboards are also very personal. WASD keyboards are a safe, no frills board. Easy custom keycaps too. There is a selection of switch types.
  • If if you need any rationale behind the build or peripherals I'm happy to explain. Tell me what you think and I hope I helped :)

Isnt the G510 a keyboard? Dont you mean G502? That's definitely one of , if not the best Gaming Keyboard for sure.

Right o. Quick notes:

  • if you want a better looking cooler look at the CoolerMaster MasterAir Maker 8, the EKWB Predator 240/360 or a custom loop in a box type thing from EK or Alphacool. I never reccomend a closed loop AIO.
  • If you want a more astheticly pleasing look at the 600c, 400c and the Define S. If you care more about silence also keep an eye out for the 400q, Define R5 or somthing as well as the 600q

Do you know any good desks

Desks... as in table? I have absolutely no idea :D Since the selection is different from country to country... Pretty much you need to worry about a few thing:
- Do you plan to put the whole PC on the table? Then it need to be extra sturdy to hold all that weight, only keyboard and mouse and monitor? Any table will do.
- Cable management: Know those table with a hole in the back? those are for cable to go up from under your deck, do you need it or do you just hang it all at the back like me.
- Keyboard/Mouse drawer: Do you need this? or you dont mind putting it all on the same level as the monitor?
