I keep on get high system and compressed memory usage when every I play game  how do I solve it

it  is use by system and compress memory 

city sky use only 800mb

now 1.6gb of ram is use by the system process  how do  I tell if some is mess it up like a viruse or a mess up program

1.5 GB and more for windows is perfectly fine.
