Which Mobo?

Would an Asus X99-A II mobo be able to support a Samsung 950 M.2 SSD, a Kingston Predator 240GB PCI-E SSD, an Asus GTX 1080 GPU and a Quadro K2200 Video Card?

Or should I go with a possibly better supported PCI board like the Asus E-WS? I am building a video editing workstation. Thanks!

Yes but now that i look at it you may be using up all your pcie lanes but it shouldn't affect performance that much if at all.

Planning to use an Intel Xeon E5-2620 V4 2.1GHz 8-Core Processor

Because it has 40 PCIE lanes it should be able to run all of that.
