Overclocking and temps

I am currently overclocking my gigabyte windforce r9 290 for shits and giggles and I have it at +44 on the mV, +50% on the the power limit, +100mhz on the core clock (1040mhz to 1140mhz) and I haven't touched the memory clock yet. I am testing the overclock using unigen valley and my card is getting up to 94c at its max. It tablizes around then and the temp stays 94c. My only question is how will this affect my gpu with a load temp of 94c? Would it be fine or should it not run that hot?

CPU: i5 3570k CPU Cooler: Cooler Master Hyper T4 Motherboard: Asus p8z77-v pro  RAM: Crucial Balistic 2x4gb  GPU: Two PNY GTX 680's in SLI Case: Some rando Antec one  PSU: Thermaltake 1000w  Display: HP Elite Display 321i 23''  Storage: Samsung 840 Evo 128gb, Seagate Barracuda 1tb

That is pretty hot but it is a 290.

Just keeping this here as a Turning Vsync on won't help. Not overclocking and high case air flow or a different cooler would help the most

yes it will, ive done it before. i was getting high temps while playing heroes and generals (and i was getting like 140fps in it) and then turning on vsync limiting my framerate to 75 and the temps went down (from like 94c to 70c)
