amazon, Microsoft-- 100% sure with warranty

u asking for 100% working is asking too much. When u pay less, u do sacrifice on something. I would say g2a.com and from a high rated seller, between 4-5 stars or something.

You can get OEM keys for a really cheap price on e-bay:
http://www.ebay.de/itm/Windows-10-Professional-win-10-pro-32-64-Bits-OEM-Product-Key-/262506935086?hash=item3d1ea1f32e:g:L9EAAOSwLnBXUcGM

This is from the german e-bay. Here you can see that they provide you with an e-bay warranty, so you could return the product within a month if it doesn't work. This key has also been bought over 300 times, so it'll most likely work.

But keep in mind that these are OEM keys. You will only be able to use them once per PC.

eBay is probably your best bet - carefully look for seller rating, and number of buyers. OEM Product Key's are generally much cheaper than regular retail ones. Good luck! :)

Nothing to see here ;)

Actually you can download Windows 10 for free right at the Windows Homepage. It's the way I did it with my PC and laptop. You just need Rufus, and a 4 (better 8) GB USB stick.

Here's the link to the ISO file, which you have to install on your USB stick with Rufus.

That's for the windows installer... not the product key, you still need a valid product key for windows.

100% sure? Buy a retail key from Microsoft, which costs $119 USD for Windows 10 Home. That's quite a lot, but considering you'll be able to transfer it to a new PC should you upgrade, that means your next PC is already partially paid for. That's an okay deal, I think, though it depends on you.

You could go on eBay and other sites as people will mention, but you do take a risk here (not that you aren't taking a risk with Microsoft, but Microsoft would see a class action lawsuit pretty soon if they scammed everyone). OEM keys do have the limit of being tied to the PC, but considering how cheap you can get them, it may be worth it.

The Windows 10 installer does let you skip entering the product key, allowing you to install it without activating it (I'm assuming it's there for those who have Microsoft's fancy "digital entitlement", or Microsoft just feels generous). However, you are right that you do need it, as there's no guarantee that Windows will function indefinitely without being activated, despite what some tech blogs might say.
