Tablet screen looking a little odd.

I have a microsoft nextbook (Don't know the exact model it was pretty cheap) it's 1280 x 800 resolution with a 8 inch screen. I don't use it because the screen makes me feel a bit sick to look at, I don't have any camera good enough to capture the screen with the problem clearly displayed. Basically while everything is colored properly, I still see bits of green and red everywhere, it's really off putting and I don't like looking at the screen for a long time. I thought the resolution would be high enough for me to not see pixels easily, but I still see these colors. Is this a common thing in cheaper tablets? is it just a bad screen or is there actually a fault here? I know there isn't much to go off but I'm sort of just hoping someone knows what I'm trying to say , thanks

if its a cheap tablet, then it is likely just a very poor screen that is doing this.
