I would look into the 980/980 Ti's if you want a good GPU for less or just wait for the price to normalize.

Windows 8.1 key? Can be bought for cheaper if you use Microsoft's USB installer and purchase the key online.

The RAM's frequency (2400) will be underclocked to 2133Mhz. You might be paying extra for nothing.

i kno it's too late but couldve gotten a key on sites like kinguin for $25 and used the remaining $100 for 6600k + 212evo + Z170 mobo that supports your 2400mhz ram

well. it is my first build and i didnt think TOO much about it. so i guess ill have to go with what i got
