Do you need the DVD-ROM (I love them but...)?

I would look into the 980/980 Ti's if you want a good GPU for less or just wait for the price to normalize.

SSD and HDD? Good.

PSU is of quality and hits the sweet spot? Good.

Windows 8.1 key? Can be bought for cheaper if you use Microsoft's USB installer and purchase the key online.

Do you need the DVD-ROM drive?

Motherboard and CPU are compatible? Yes.

Motherboard and RAM are compatible? No. https://us.msi.com/Motherboard/support/B150M-BAZOOKA.html#support-mem

The RAM's frequency (2400) will be underclocked to 2133Mhz. You might be paying extra for nothing.

Everything else seems okay. Make sure you post your build to the forums as you're building.

Come to think of it... "Project Underclocked RAM" sounds nice! I'm just teasing.
