I wouldn't even worry about AA on action games. Why tax something when you wouldn't notice after awhile.

Dude a 980 for $315 is still really good unless you buy a used 980 Ti.  But this card is brand new with new warranty so it's still a great deal unless the 1060 beats it. He needs a card ASAP though so... who knows. The 1060 is supposed to be cheaper... which kinda sucks.

But will the 1060 match a 980... not sure. The 480 didn't match the 980 like we though.

$390 is over his budget.... A used 980 Ti can be had for $350 possibly but.... Pffttt....
