I need at least 16 GB of ram (Preferably black heat sync, and 4 sticks) to go with this Mobo: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813130801

I am a heavy multitask and am running into ram issues when watching videos and playing games simultaneously. However, I want to spend less than 100 USD. Any ideas?

Kingston 16GB kits are available in black (and white). Just use PC Part Picker to find them. What RAM issues are you having specifically?

Going 4 sticks is always more expensive, and limits your upgrade options. Your call on whether this is worth it for setting for filled slots in your side window.

Also what are your full system specs? And did you check to see what is using up your ram? It could be as simple as malware causing the slow downs, or it could be a different part that is the culprit.

No, I just play lots of simulator type games (Cities Skylines) and I have at least 20-30 firefox tabs open sometimes with a video playing. I just get alot of those windows errors saying "Your system is low on memory."

Now, My ram sits at any given moment around 40% usage, but like I said, i just run loads of programs. Here is the typical hiarchy:

Game

Firefox

AirDroid 3

CAM

Syncdriver

Microsoft Outlook

Corsair Utility Engine

Steam

Glasswire

Logitech

Windows Explorer

That is it, no fishy software, nothing else. My computer is in excellent shape.

Here is a mostly complete PcPartpicker of my computer:
