So, when I uninstall the graphics driver, and then restart the laptop, it kind of just reinstalls itself?

No. you use DDU to remove the nvidia driver then manually download the LAPTOP 361.75 driver. Install that. And don't touch it ever again.

Didn't work, when launching into the game, the driver still crashes

Yeah, then restarted, installed the drivers (without Geforce Experience) and restarted again, still doing it.

I just did a system restore to 7 Days ago as well, still didn't fix it.

I really don't want to, I'm at my dads and have slow internet, and all of my schooling stuff is on the laptop as well

Okay will try, also it seems like my GPU is bottlenecking? But I odn't know why, its running at 99% load at 50oc, but last night was running at 70% load at like 75oc, on highest settings, and its bottlenecking at lowest settings?

That's not how bottlenecking workds. This is Nvidia's shit drivers as usual.
