Hi. Sry my bad English)

Does it make sense to put 1070 to the 4570 (not k)? Frequency 3.4 when loading all 4 cores. Will there be a bottleneck? Platform do not want to change.
RX 480/1060 I did not like.
The processor is ideal gtx 980, but I think that 4 GB is not enough. Worst support dx12. Does it make sense now to buy a 980 for FHD? 3 years 980 will be enough?

Of course there will be a Bottle neck. there is ALWAYS a Bottleneck, otherwise you would have unlimited fps :P

The Question is, does your CPU provide enough fps for YOUR settings/needs. This Question should be applied every time, no matter which CPU.

Even if the CPU bottlenecks it by 10%. Is it enough for you? If yes, you don't have to Upgrade. Even if it's an i5 2400.

But.. In that case, in 99,9% of all cases, the Bottleneck will be the GPU, not the CPU. You're fine untill at least 2019-2020.

However: Do NOT Buy a GTX 980. 4gb is now barely okay for 1080p Gaming on high settings. Some games can even exceed that.

And for the love of God, NEVER by that Disabled piece of Crap called GTX 970. This will give you more Problems later, than you think (The Driver does prevent games from using more than 3.5gb Vram, because otherwise it will be unplayable laggy. As soon Driver support gets worse in a few years, there will be some problems for sure).

Either GTX 1070, or wait untill 19th July for the GTX 1060 (which should be similar on GTX 980 level, or maybe between 970/980

Edit: Why should he go for an old GTX 980 ti, if he can have a better GTX 1070 for almost the same Price?

When the GTX 980 ti costs 100 bucks less, then yes. Go for that instead.
