Cant download display drivers?

so basically I have a new comp and I have installed the rx 480 however when I try to download the drivers this is the result - https://gyazo.com/bd77ec0bed5716bdd3f36cb95b25b9a6

And in device manager under display drivers I dont have rx 480 listed it says "Microsoft basic display adapter"

The ram I reused from an old build dont really know which atm.
 

Curious as to what would the build have to do with it, wouldnt it be software issue?

not really. could be compatiability issues

interesting. cant see anything wrong tho.

try rebooting pc, and reinstalling
