i really do not know much about CPU, and i have been told that the new i7-6950k is not worth it what should i get, i want to overclock it and get the best performance

I would get the i7-6800k tbh.

That one is at least a bit reasonably priced. It's not a great moment to buy a system with a high-end cpu...

If you want my attention, quote meh! D: or just stick an @samcool55 in your post :3

The i7-6950k is so overpriced. If it were for me it wouldn't even be in the list of choices.

I think go for either i7-5960x , i7-6850k, or i7-6900k if money isn't a problem.

If you aren't planning to run quad-sli or something the 6800k is the best option.

The 6850k is clocked stock a bit faster, but both are overclockable so that doesn't matter, and the 6850k has more pci-e lanes, which would as i said only matter if you are planning to run quad-sli or a bunch of pci-e line hungry things.

no, i arent running 3 or 4 way sli  because the new gtx 1080 only suports 2 way sli.

so i think i will go with the i7-6800k thanks man. :)
