i just want some help getting a pc from another country at low price knowing that here in morocco it's a very expansive 

and way too old tech pls help a brother to get out of the peasant circel

Are you asking for people to help you ship stuff from a country with cheaper PC parts or are you asking for free stuff?

first of all thank you for responding 
second i just wanted a cheaper parts and shipment to morocco since my countrey is well known thats it's really hard to ship stuff to 

and i don't have much experience on the pc build field so what i'm basically asking here is if i could get a pre-build pc with a cheap ,price or a way the build a cheap one

Just did a quick search from UPS.

 

A package from Toronto to Casablanca the approximate size and weight of a pre-built mid size PC would cost $12800 Moroccan Dirham, which equates to $1700 Canadian. DHL does it for about $1,000 CAD, but I don't trust DHL at all.

 

Not sure if that's worth it for you...

well that's the problem here the us $ is more like 12 moroccan dirhames  witch it'll cost way more plus the tax for shipment are like 250% for all tech stuff and i don't have that kind of money

Interesting. Just did a flight search and it would be cheaper to get a round trip flight from Toronto to Casablanca (in October), than it is to ship the PC there.

 

if you're willing to pay the expense, maybe someone would be willing to take a vacation to Morocco (split expense maybe?) and bring the PC along with them?

interesting  indeed but  that would cast me more than my budget coz i only have like 450$ or less

Even from Madrid to Casablanca is about 500 Euros.
