nope, been touching my parts with my bare hands and no anti-static anything and nothing has happened. just remember to touch the case a few times and you should be fine.

No, just be smart about building it.

 

Personal precautions I take:

- Not building on a carpet

- Plugging the power supply in the wall, turning it on, and then touching it to remove any possible static from my body.

- Don't touch your clothes too much. (If you really want to be safe... build naked... I know some people who do this.....)

-  And just have fun building a brand new PC.

i just plug the PSU into the wall and install it first in the case

then I touch/hold the case often when building
