Need A Quiet Air Cooler For i3-6100 CPU

BigDay

May I please request some recommendations for a quiet air cooler to cool the i3-6100?

Something less than the price of the 212 evo in CAD

Thanks!

The stock cooler will be just fine. You can tune up the fan curve in your BiOS to make it nearly silent. No need to get a different cooler.

No, it's too loud and weak.

Dirt cheap, outperforms stock, can't hear it outside of the case until it really starts cranking up. Got it on my i3-4150. My i3-6100 has a Cryorig C7, which I highly recommend as a stock replacement in such situations, but it costs roughly the same as a 212 EVO.

Aerocool DS are the best fans you've never tried.
