Alright lads about 2 years ago I got my pc for about £600 ($780) Which has an i7 4770, r9 270, 16gb ddr3, and a shitty motherboard, I have some money, about $400, and I wanna get a new GPU, any ideas?

Best card "around" your budget is the 1070, but it's pretty hard to find right now.  Avoid the founders editions - they are overpriced for their performance.

You posted your system price in pounds, so I'm guessing you're in or around the UK.  If so, you may have to wait for the prices to drop a bit. Newegg UK shows two FE cards for £342 (about $450), but I'm not familiar with the main suppliers in the UK, so that may not be representative.
