New build. Connecting to the internet

I am done building my pc and ive installed the os. How do i connect to the internet with wifi? Do i need to have a wired connection?

You can only connect to WiFi if you have a Wireless card. Ethernet will however work when you have installed the Motherboard ethernet drivers.

My mobo is the z170i pro gaming so it comes with wifi. Then how do i install drivers? Cd? Or i downlpad it from a pc to mine?

Download the latest drivers from a separate PC/Laptop

I've also downloaded from my phones WiFi, considering the drivers are usually small you can just transfer via USB.
