Does the Corsair H110 Liquid CPU Cooler need water??

Yes, it just works once you install it. 

This is driving me crazy and i dont care if its a stupid question or not (it probably is) but Iv'e seen people who have built a pc thats definently not water cooled and have what seems to be a water cooling part?? PLease answer this I think I'm losing my sanity ヘ(。□°)ヘ

well its a closed loop, so there is no way for people to fill or drain it...

Yeah i have a coolermaster nepton 280L and it is awesome! and i would recommend getting it because it is cheaper than the corsair. And yes it comes prefilled.
