If I were you, I'd switch that Kingston SSD to the Samsung 850 EVO 250GB. Otherwise, the build looks fine.

 

As for monitor recommendations, if you're a casual gamer, I'd get this. If you're playing competitive games such as CS:GO, I'd go for this.
