fresh build has a premade proxy ?

so windows 7 home premium OFFICIAL CD FROM THE OFFICIAL BOX from store. 

I do a fresh install on a "GIGABYTE GA-F2A88XN-WIFI FM2+ "

note : ddwrt router

and for some reason I cant run updates!!!

If says windows cant identify proxy being used.

There is no proxy i just installed the cd and then plugged in the lan cable and installed the lan driver and now boom windows sees an unknown proxy!!  WHY

What is the issue I cant check for updates or do any auto scan driver updates. I also cant run spybot update since it says no to connecting to any of there download servers.

I can not connect to the internet without the driver.

 

Okay now the thing is that I can run VM on other computers and those VMs that used the same cd dont have any issues.

I even went and turned off the ddwrt firewall and the computers firewall...still this make believe proxy.

 

Note that this computer did run windows 8 but I wiped the drive and clean 240gb now says 239.5gb when clean so nothing was left, but this old version had no issues.

Note2, I can do normal things like browse internet I just cant update using windows or driver updates with the auto scan

Any help?
