With Apple Power Mac G3 made in 1999 can you use any hard drive and power supply?

does it use atx psu and ide hard drives the same as a pc?

can i take hard drives and cd rom drives from a pc and use it on a old power mac?

Its a atx sized psu with a special connector.

Theyre normal drives.
