Hey guys a quick question. I have an amd a10 5800k running at 4.0Ghz with a hyper 212 evo. I was playing GTA V and I saw with afterburner the cpu was reaching 100% usage but my gtx 960 4gb was reaching at most 45% and I was getting around 30 fps at 720p with medium graphics. Will that be caused by bottleneck from my cpu?

yep.

usually, the component at 100% is the bottleneck, and in this case, you should upgrade your CPU if you can.

the GTX 970 is perfectly capable of running GTA V 60FPS 1080P High Settings

Absolutely, yes. Try lowering some of the graphics settings, you'll probably get a bit better FPS (if not as much detail)

For sure, I used to run an a10 6800k at 4.8GHz (faster than yours) and that thing bottlenecked my gtx 660 (your 960 is way faster).
