Slow Internet Initialization after boot up

I got this problem since monday and its starting to annoy me it takes 1 min for me to get internet connection and i cant even open some programs during that one minute can someone tell me whats wrong? I already scanned my PC for viruses or anything bad but there's nothing showing up......

Is it taking that long for it to connect to your network?

Hmm...maybe try restarting your router.

 

Do you connect using ethernet or wireless?
