I am trying to build a PC for gaming like, intense gaming with a 3 monitor setup and 4k res, and some video editing, and idk what to pick.  I mean, I have gotten a few recommendations, but I don't know what to choose.

Here's the list of recommendations:

Gaming Cards:

GeForce GTX 970

GeForce GTX 980

GeForce GTX 1070

GeForce GTX 1080

GeForce Titan

GeForce Titan X

GeForce Titan Z

Video Editing Cards:

Quadro M4000

Quadro M5000

Quadro M6000

Titan Z is stupid.  I would say go for 1080 or 1080 SLI if you want triple 4K.  Everything else would be underpowered.

Solve your own audio issues  |  First Steps with RPi 3  |  Humidity & Condensation  |  Sleep & Hibernation  |  Overclocking RAM  |  Making Backups  |  Displays  |  4K / 8K / 16K / etc.  |  Do I need 80+ Platinum?

If you can read this you're using the wrong theme.  You can change it at the bottom.

why do you need 2 pc's?

burning money $$$$,

dual 1080's then, for gaming.

I am going to make a Youtube Channel and I am willing to sacrifice some money for an editing card.  So I do not think it is that much of a waste but thank you for the advice.

Man, I think it is a waste.  Like, unless you have a shit ton of money laying around, then...  ummm...  Its kinda awful.

Please spend as much time writing your question, as you want me to spend responding to it.  Take some time, and explain your issue, please!

still rendering is more cpu based,

a 6800k/6850k/6900/ and dual gtx 1080s will be enough

But will a 6700K Quad core still be able to survive?

If you were really willing to spend $5000 on a Quadro then getting a good CPU should be a no brainer. also a Xeon might be better, like get a 10+ core one.

I agree. If you are rendering on the CPU definitely go for something more powerful than a 6700k if you can. (The 6850k or 6900k look good to me but idk)

A 6700k would still work, but I think that you'll appreciate the extra speed.

Also, make sure the seller is set to Amazon. THX :)
