I need help choosing an AIO water cooling solution

So currently I have a 4790k with its stock cooler I had an h100i previously but I had to give it up. I wasn't really satisfied with the coling on it so I am now looking for a new thick 240/280mm AIO or a 360mm AIO. I am trying stay under 250$ for now but if it goes a little over that is fine. I have a few links but if you find a different kit or even a AIO cooler please send a link. Also I have an NZXT H440 case. So in case of compatability issues please refer to that. Any other suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

If you can do around 250$ then I'd aim for a custom loop kit. Better cooling/aesthetics/longevity AND you can work your way up to expanding into gpu cooling as well. These are the cheapest D5 kits I can find on ppcs. The second link has a better rad and fancier cpu block/res, performance is about the same. The fans aren't amazingly quiet or anything but do move a decent amount of air

edit: swapped first link with ax rad instead of ex rad at same price. identical performance and AX looks nicer
