how much is this GPU worth?

I have a used GPU, in which has not been overclocked off the factory overclock from MSI, and i have used it for 6 months now on a system that hasn't had any issues with operating.

The GPU is a MSI GTX 960 4gb Gddr5 Overclocked edition.

 

note: i'm not selling this online i just need to know how much someone would pay for this GPU from a seller's stand point

you can get 970s for $200, but maybe try to start a bit high  and then lower the price over time

this is the card going for 210$ new. used isn't that far off and i think maybe 180$ to 190$

GTX 970's going for 200$ doesn't seem likely if the seller knows what thy are fully
