Can my Mobo Handle This?

With the issues surrounding the RX 480 drawing too much power from the PCIe lane coming to light,I just need to ask if the MSI Z170A Gaming M3 motherboard are tough enough to handle this. Because I'm not going to overclock the GPU anyway.

I don't know much about this issue, but msi makes good boards. I wouldn't be too worried.
