I hope this is the right section.

I really want this as my background on my phone.  http://mrnocilla.deviantart.com/art/Overwatch-Wallpaper-HD-Orange-610147364

The problem is that it is 1920x1080 can someone resize it to where it is 1080x1920 so it fits my phones screen. I hope it is allowed to do things like resizing other people's picture in this way. I am not sure but suspect editing is editing in any way. It only for private use. Anyone willing to help me is appreciated. Ideally someone would resize it for me but in the worst case you could try and tell me how it is done and I will do my best replicating that with whatever programs I currently have.

I can't see the Picture sadly but can you not just use it in Portrait?

Because resizing would not result it in being 1080p.

Also your phone can "scale" it on its own.

Not being rude or anything but Photoshop is like the standard photo editing software that really anyone should know how to use..

Got no Photoshop because I would use it less than twice year. And it is rather experience site for what it would offer to me. Not for what it is as a program though.
